Easter Basket Pop-Up Card

An array of colorful Easter eggs are laser-cut onto the front of this teal blue pop up card. Upon opening this design, a wicker basket appears on top of a blue checkered tablecloth, ready for an Easter picnic. The basket is stuffed full with an Easter bunny, a chocolate bunny, colorful Easter eggs, and fluffy yellow chicks. Daffodils and pussy willow branches in the basket give the feeling of a warm and sunny Spring day.

Inspiration for the Easter Basket Card:
For our designer Jozef, Easter was a big holiday in his household growing up. "I based the basket contents off of what I used to get: painted eggs, little chicks made of yarn, pussy willow branches, and a chocolate bunny." The chocolate bunny has a bite taken out of it if you look at the sculpture from the back. "We actually did this growing up, too," said Jozef. "How could you resist not taking a bite out of at least one chocolate item in your basket before going to church?"
