MicasShine Exchange Policy
At MicasShine, we understand that sometimes you may receive a Pop-up Card that isn't exactly what you expected or you might change your mind about a certain design. Our exchange policy is in place to assist you with such situations.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
You are eligible for an exchange under the following circumstances:
- Size or Color Mismatch: If the Pop-up Card you received is not the correct size or color that you ordered.
- Design Change: In case you prefer a different design of Pop-up Card after placing your order and would like to swap it for another available option in our collection.
- Minor Defects: When the Pop-up Card has minor defects that do not significantly impact its functionality or overall appearance, such as a small tear in the cardstock that can be easily repaired or a slightly misaligned pop-up element that can be adjusted, and you would rather exchange it for a flawless one.
2. Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Get in touch with our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at support@micasshine.com. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the reason for the exchange, and, if possible, attach photos or other evidence to support your claim.
- Await Instruction: Our customer service representatives will review your request promptly. They will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange process. This may include returning the original Pop-up Card to our designated address.
- Return the Original Product: Package the original Pop-up Card carefully to ensure it arrives in the same condition as received (except for the defect or issue, if any). Use a reliable shipping method and keep the shipping receipt as proof of return. Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Select the Replacement: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you to select the replacement Pop-up Card from our available collection. You can choose the new design, size, or color that you prefer.
- Exchange Completion: After you have selected the replacement, we will send the new Pop-up Card to you as quickly as possible. The shipping method and estimated delivery time will be communicated to you during the process.
3. Exclusions from Exchange
Please note that exchanges will not be granted in the following situations:
- Significant Damage Caused by Customer: If the Pop-up Card is damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or any actions on the part of the customer after receiving the product, and the damage is severe enough to render the card unusable or significantly affect its appearance.
- Custom Orders: For custom-made Pop-up Cards, exchanges are generally not available as these are tailored specifically to your requirements.
- Out of Stock Items: If the replacement Pop-up Card you desire is out of stock at the time of your exchange request, we will not be able to process the exchange until the item becomes available again. However, we will keep you updated on the availability status and offer alternative solutions if possible.
